The program aimed to standardize the profile of academics and increase the level of educators in higher education. I think there is an important need in the Turkish education sector. The presentation was excellent. The language of the course should be arranged according to the English level of the participants. The modules could be divided according to proficiency, but the lessons with participants from different specialties gave me different experiences. All modules contributed to my teaching experience, especially the first module impressed me because it was the first time I was introduced to new teaching and learning methods.

Academics teach and conduct research, but teaching is standardized by the UKPSF frameworks. The program is an important step not only to learn these standards but also to prove academic activities. It is required in Turkish higher education and should be recognized by YÖK and universities. The modules complement each other; one cannot exist without the other. The benefits of participation include learning the theory, evaluating the practices and providing support as a mentor. The only disadvantage is working with academics who have not been through the program.

The program aims to increase the status and quality of teaching in higher education and contributes to the improvement of learning outcomes. It should be a requirement for quality improvement in Turkish higher education. The modules were suitable for teaching and learning processes and were comprehensive. The presentation was above expectations, offered new learning tools and applications. It can be arranged specifically for disciplines and contributes to the development of the teaching framework. All modules were suitable for teaching experience, provided the opportunity to evaluate and develop teaching techniques. Although pedagogical formation was received during doctoral education, I think the program should be learned academically. It was quite useful and enjoyable as it offered new learning tools and gained applications.
